I was a little frustrated last year with how the stats looked on the page and I found it difficult to gather any meaningful information from them. So this year I created a median player and stacked up the old stats (Game impact, Goon Score, and Degrees Dawg) against this median man to coerce the numbers into giving me something a little more tangible. We will meet this player later, but first here is a glossary including the new stats
a - Average
FPPG - Fantasy Points Per Game
Average number of points a given player gets per game
FPPG=((Goals*3)+(Assists*2)+(PIM))/Games Played
PAA - Points Above Average

PAA=(player total points)-(league average points)
GI - Game Impact
How much a given player impacts a game in relation to the other drafted players.
GI=(FPPG/avgFPPG)
GS - Goon Score
How skilled or tough a player is.
Lower number = soft
Higher number = ROCK HARD
GS=(PIM-(Goals+Assists))/10
DD - Degrees Dawg
DD=GS+GI
xGI
xGI=GI-(League median GI)
xGS
xGS=GS-(League median GS)
xDD
xDD=(xGI+xGS)-(League median DD)
SS - Shell Score
The better the goalie and the worse the team the higher the shell score
SS=((Saves*(Games Played-Wins))/1000
SPW - Saves Per Win
